Join Gibson founder & chief winemaker, Rob 'The Dirtman' Gibson, for an intimate event to celebrate the official launch of our new Burkes Hill Shiraz.

Departing from Gibson Wines cellar door in Light Pass, you will travel 20 minutes by mini-bus to the picturesque Burkes Hill Vineyard in the Eden Valley. Upon arrival, Rob will give an overview of the Eden Valley wine region while you enjoy a tasting of the brand new 2021 Burkes Hill Shiraz. You'll also have the opportunity to try the soon-to-be released 2024 Burkes Hill Riesling that is sourced from the same site.

Upon arrival back at Gibson, you can join the (invite-only) celebrations in the afternoon to launch our newly-renovated cellar door. There will be live music throughout the afternoon and you'll also receive a voucher for a 'low and slow' lunch from Howards Fire American-Style smoked barbecue food truck that you can enjoy with a complimentary glass of wine.
