Gibson Wines Dinner - Perth 2024

Join us on Thursday 18th July for a night of good food, great wine and plenty of fun at Small Print Wine Bar at Print Hall in the heart of Perth. Hosted by Adam from Gibson Wines, this promises to be a fun evening that’s not to be missed.

Located in one of Perth’s most iconic dining precincts, Small Print Wine Bar at Print Hall serves up an Italian themed menu in the heart of the city. Each course has been carefully matched with a selection of current vintage Gibson wines.

DINNER MENU

Canapés 

• Provola bites, gochujang aioli, parmigiano reggiano
• Slow cooked pork shoulder croquettes with house-made piccalilli
  
  

Shared Entreé

• Antipast Toscano - 20 months cured prosciutto di Parma, finocchiona salami, chicken liver crostini, giardiniera crostini, pecorino cheese souffle, marinated artichokes 
• Pappa Col Pomodoro - Tuscan tomatoes stewed, softened sourdough, stracciatella, smoked eggplant
• Carpaccio 1950  - Prime beef eye fillet, Universale sauce, house made grissini bread
• Capesante - Abrolhos island scallop, guanciale, pumpkin

• Rigatoni Con Ragu' Di Salsiccia - Rigatoni di Gragnano DOP, Tuscan sausage ragout, pecorino cheese 
• Risotto Gorgonzola, Barbabietole e Noci - Carnaroli rice, beetroot, gorgonzola, walnuts 
• Agnello Alla Scottadito - Charred lamb cutlets, caponata 
• Roasted chat potatoes, garlic, rosemary 
• Rocket, pears, walnut and gorgonzola salad
