Join us on Thursday 20th June for a night of exceptional food, great wine and plenty of fun at The Castlereagh Club. Hosted by Adam and Mat from Gibson Wines, this is a night that’s not to be missed.


At this event, we're bringing the Gibson cellar door to your doorstep. During our sumptuous four-course dinner, you will enjoy our current Gibson Wines, allowing you to reacquaint yourself with your favourites, sample our brand new releases, and place your orders. We'll also be serving up some limited release and special museum wines to accompany our local produce style dinner.

DINNER MENU

Canapé

  • Beetroot and Meredith dairy goats cheese tartlet 

Entrée

  • Scallops with laksa butter 

Mains

  • Braised lamb shoulder 
  • Whole baked snapper
  • Crispy roasted vegetables
  • Lentil grilled zucchini and carrot salad
  • Steamed greens with garlic chive butter 

Cheese
  • A selection of assorted cheeses
  • Dried fruits, quince, almonds, walnuts and crackers (gf available)


Each course is accompanied by selected Gibson wines. You may advise us of any dietary requirements on the checkout page of your booking.
